Sometimes or most of the time, when you have a tech call the technician is trying to explain what went wrong with your system, right?? Wrong!, because you have no idea what the tech is saying or they are speaking jargon.
The Customer is so caught up that the issue is no longer an issue so nowthere is no need for explanation of what went wrong. However, you can take note of the jargon because it is your appliance,system, device and security at stake.
Examples of these said words may include; IP address, DNS, Data Connection, WI-Fi, Remote Access, Blue Screen and Bandwidth just to name a few.
The idea is to give some clarity in the next few blogs about these words so persons are fully aware of what is going on for the next tech visit.
